- Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Brim Clean regarding your use of our cleaning services and website. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
- Our Services
Brim Clean provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Regular domestic cleaning
- Deep cleaning services
- End of tenancy cleaning
- After builders cleaning
- Office and commercial cleaning
All services are provided by trained, vetted, and insured cleaning professionals. We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products unless otherwise requested.
- Booking & Cancellation
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or message from our team. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.
Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Less than 24 hours: Full charge applies
- No-show: Full charge applies
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free of charge if done with at least 48 hours notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
- Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers
- Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable
- Additional services requested during a clean will be charged at our standard hourly rate
- For regular cleaning contracts, payment is due within 7 days of invoice
- Late payments may incur interest at 3% above the Bank of England base rate
- Your Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning requirements
- Ensure safe access to your property at the agreed time
- Inform us of any hazards, delicate items, or special requirements before the clean
- Secure any valuables, cash, or sensitive documents
- Ensure pets are secured or removed during the cleaning session
- Provide running water and electricity for our cleaners to use
- Treat our cleaning staff with respect and dignity
- Liability & Insurance
Brim Clean is fully insured for public liability up to £5 million. This covers accidental damage to your property during the course of our work.
Damage Claims
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning service
- Photographic evidence may be required to process claims
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear
- Claims for items of exceptional value require prior notification
Limitations
We are not liable for damage caused by defective or unsuitable surfaces, fixtures that are already damaged, or items that are particularly fragile unless we have been specifically informed in advance.
- Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will arrange for our team to return and address any areas of concern at no additional charge.
This guarantee applies to the original scope of work agreed upon. Additional services or areas not included in the original booking are not covered under this guarantee.
- Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
