We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance, though we can sometimes accommodate same-day or next-day requests depending on availability. For end of tenancy cleans, we suggest booking at least a week ahead.
Yes, we understand plans can change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.
We operate Monday to Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday 8am-5pm. Sunday appointments are available by special arrangement.
Services & Pricing
We offer deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, after builders cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, and regular residential cleaning. Each service can be tailored to your specific needs.
Pricing varies based on property size, condition, and specific requirements. Deep cleans start from £220, end of tenancy from £180, and after builders from £250. We provide free, no-obligation quotes tailored to your property.
We offer both. Many customers book us for one-off deep cleans, end of tenancy, or after builders cleans. We also provide regular cleaning on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.
Our deep clean covers all rooms including kitchens (inside appliances), bathrooms (descaling and sanitisation), all surfaces, skirting boards, light fixtures, window sills, and more. We can customise the service to focus on areas that need extra attention.
Yes, we bring all professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific products you prefer us to use, please let us know in advance.
End of Tenancy
Our end of tenancy cleans are designed to meet inventory and letting agent standards. We offer a satisfaction guarantee - if any issues are raised within 48 hours, we will return to address them at no extra cost.
No, you do not need to be present. Many customers provide access via key, key safe, or arrange for us to collect and return keys. We are fully insured and all staff are DBS checked.
This depends on the size and condition of the property. A standard 2-bed flat typically takes 4-6 hours. Larger properties or those needing extra attention may take longer.

Absolutely. All team members undergo thorough vetting including DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks before joining BrimClean.
We aim to send the same team for regular cleaning clients. Consistency helps our cleaners understand your preferences and maintain high standards.
Payment & Policies
We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash. Payment is typically due on completion of the clean.
For most services, no deposit is required. Large commercial contracts or extensive cleaning projects may require a deposit, which will be discussed during the quotation process.
